Between 18 and 33 centimeters of snow fell in Winnipeg as part of a winter storm that began on Sunday and continued into Monday morning. A number of provincial highways have been closed due to unsafe conditions including poor visibility. It was bad, but not the super-blizzard some were predicting. Highways outside the city are closed and Winnipeg streets are clogged and covered in icy snow. Be careful out there.
